These Terms of Service govern your use of janpierre.us and purchases made from Janpierre. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies displayed on the website and at checkout.

Pre-Orders

Products identified as pre-order items are not ready for immediate shipment. Payment is collected in full at checkout. Production and processing occur before the order is transferred to the carrier. Any shipping speed selected at checkout begins only after dispatch.

Product Information and Sizing

Janpierre makes reasonable efforts to present product colors, measurements, materials, and details accurately. Display settings and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor variations. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before ordering. Size selections are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Prices, Currency, and Payment

Prices may be displayed or charged in different currencies depending on the buyer's market and payment method. Currency conversions, taxes, duties, and shipping charges may apply. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the customer receives an order confirmation.

Order Review and Cancellation

Janpierre reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory or production limitations, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or inaccurate product information. If Janpierre cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Intellectual Property

All Janpierre names, logos, designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Janpierre and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

Third-Party Services

The website and checkout may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, and shipping carriers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Janpierre is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside Janpierre's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Puerto Rico and the United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the buyer's place of residence.
