Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Production

Products identified as pre-order items are not ready for immediate shipment. Payment is collected in full at checkout, and production and order preparation occur before shipping.

The estimated shipping window shown on the product page, order confirmation, or other official Janpierre communication refers to when the order is expected to leave our facility. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Methods and Expedited Services

The shipping method selected at checkout applies only after the order has completed production, has been packed, and has been transferred to the carrier.

“2-Day,” “Express,” and other expedited services refer only to the carrier's estimated transit time after dispatch. Expedited shipping does not shorten the pre-order production or processing period.

Tracking and Delivery

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates may be affected by weather, customs, operational delays, or other circumstances outside Janpierre's control.

If the production timeline changes, Janpierre will notify affected customers with an updated estimate. Where required by applicable law, customers may accept the revised timeline or request cancellation for a full refund.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact contact@juliojanpierre.com immediately if an address correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered production or fulfillment.

International Orders

International shipping methods and prices are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and available carrier services. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other destination-country costs are the responsibility of the recipient unless checkout specifically states otherwise.

Janpierre is not responsible for customs delays, refused packages, or unclaimed shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the shipment.

Orders are fulfilled from Puerto Rico, United States.
