Return & Refund Policy

Items in this release are sold on a pre-order basis and payment is collected in full at checkout.

Size Selection

Please review the product measurements and size guide carefully before placing your order. All size selections are final. Janpierre does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to an incorrect size selection, fit preference, or change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

Requests to change a size before production begins may be reviewed, but they are not guaranteed and remain subject to availability. Once production begins, the selected size cannot be changed.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins. After that period, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be denied because the item is being produced for the pre-order. If Janpierre cannot fulfill an order, the customer will receive a full refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product or size ordered, contact contact@juliojanpierre.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund. Do not return any item without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Approved Returns

For an approved return, Janpierre will provide the return instructions and return destination directly by email. Do not send a package before receiving written authorization and instructions.

Approved return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors or stains, and returned with original tags and packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Janpierre error or applicable law requires otherwise.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's jurisdiction.
